OPTION 1: Water Pot

12-month minimum membership
A simple non-chilling option for filtering your tap water at home.
Your membership includes:
- Healthy H2O Water Pot
- Replacement filter automatically sent every six months
- Applicable membership warranty coverage, subject to the Club H2O Terms & Conditions
- No plumbing required
- Option to move to a Filter-Only Membership after your minimum term
OPTION 2: Benchtop
$15.90 per week (GST incl.)
18-month minimum membership
Enjoy chilled filtered drinking water from a compact cooler designed to sit conveniently on your benchtop.
Your membership includes:
- Healthy H2O Bench Water Cooler
- Replacement filter automatically sent every six months
- Applicable membership warranty coverage, subject to the Club H2O Terms & Conditions
- No plumbing required
- Option to move to a Filter-Only Membership after your minimum term
OPTION 3: Floor Standing
$16.90 per week (GST incl.)
18-month minimum membership
A freestanding cooler for convenient chilled filtered water at home.
Your membership includes:
- Healthy H2O Floor Standing Water Cooler
- Replacement filter automatically sent every six months
- Applicable membership warranty coverage, subject to the Club H2O Terms & Conditions
- No plumbing required
- Option to move to a Filter-Only Membership after your minimum term
Already Own a Healthy H2O System?
If you already own your Healthy H2O water filtration system outright, you can still join Club H2O for ongoing replacement filters.
$7.90 per week or $15.80 per fortnight, GST inclusive
12-month minimum membership
Includes:
- One replacement filter automatically supplied every six months
- Shipping and handling for membership filters
- 25% off eligible replacement spare parts and accessories
Warranty coverage applicable to full Club H2O memberships does not continue under a Filter-Only Membership. Please refer to the Club H2O Terms & Conditions for full membership conditions.

More Than Just Your Water Filtration System
Club H2O membership is designed to help make owning and maintaining your Healthy H2O system easier.
Automatic Filter Replacement
We’ll automatically send you a replacement filter every six months as part of your membership. Filter-Only Members also receive a replacement filter every six months.
Membership Warranty Coverage
Eligible Club H2O memberships include applicable warranty coverage while the membership remains active. Please refer to the Club H2O Terms & Conditions for details about the warranty applying to your system and membership.
Member Savings
Club H2O members receive 25% off eligible replacement spare parts and accessories.

If you’re experiencing a problem with your Healthy H2O system, contact us for assistance. Eligible warranty replacements are provided in accordance with your membership and the Club H2O Terms & Conditions.
What Happens After Your Minimum Membership?
Your minimum membership period is 12 months for the Water Pot and 18 months for the Bench and Floor Standing Water Coolers.
Once you’ve successfully completed your minimum term, you have options.
Continue Your Club H2O Membership
Keep your existing full Club H2O membership at the applicable membership rate, including your scheduled replacement filters and applicable membership benefits.
Move to a Filter-Only Membership
After completing your full membership minimum term, you can choose to move to a Filter-Only Membership.
Filter-Only Membership is $7.90 per week or $15.80 per fortnight, GST inclusive, and includes one replacement filter automatically sent every six months, with filter shipping included.
A 12-month minimum term applies. Filter-Only Members continue to receive 25% off eligible replacement spare parts and accessories.

Finish Your Membership
After completing your applicable minimum membership term, you can choose to cancel your membership by providing 30 days’ notice.
