How your direct debit is set up

After your Club H2O application is reviewed, you’ll receive a separate Healthy H2O - Payment Request email from Ezidebit, our direct debit payment provider.

Simply select Set Up Payment in that email to securely enter and authorise your banking details directly with Ezidebit.

Healthy H2O does not collect or store your confidential bank account details through this website. Your direct debit information and payment authority are securely managed through Ezidebit.

Before you submit

Water Pot, Bench Water Cooler and Floor Standing Water Cooler memberships have a one-off $49.90 initial freight/setup payment. This does not apply to Filter-Only Membership.

Minimum membership terms apply. Full membership conditions, cancellation requirements and inclusions are available in the Healthy H2O Terms & Conditions.
