1. My Water Filtration System Is Leaking

If you notice water leaking from your system:

  1. Check that the main water bottle hasn’t been overfilled.
  2. If overfilling isn’t the problem, empty the bottle and cooler.
  3. Unscrew the float valve located at the bottom of the main bottle.
  4. Gently wipe your finger around the sides of the rubber cone-shaped tip.
  5. Screw the float valve back into the bottom of the bottle.
  6. Replace the bottle onto the cooler and refill the system.

2. Water Is Flowing Too Slowly Through the Filter

If water isn’t flowing through your seven-stage filter, or the flow is unusually slow:

  1. Empty the water bottle.
  2. Unscrew the seven-stage filter.
  3. Run water through the filter for approximately 10 minutes.
  4. Gently shake the filter to help improve water flow.
  5. Screw the filter back into place and refill the system.

3. There Is Carbon Powder in My Water

Carbon powder from the filtration system is harmless to you and your family. However, you may occasionally notice powder floating on the water’s surface or settling at the bottom of the bottle.

To remove it:

  1. Empty the water bottle.
  2. Clean the inside of the bottle using warm water and lemon juice.
  3. Reassemble the bottle.
  4. Refill the system with fresh water.

4. No Water Is Coming Through the Taps

If water isn’t flowing from the taps:

  1. Check that there is water in the bottom section of the bottle.
  2. If water is present, lift the bottle away from the cooler.
  3. Inspect the stainless steel bowl inside the cooler.
  4. Check whether water has frozen inside the bowl, particularly at the bottom.

If you discover frozen water, contact Healthy H2O for instructions on resolving the problem.

5. My Water Isn’t Cold

If your cooler isn’t producing cold water:

  1. Check that the system is plugged into the power supply.
  2. Make sure the power is switched on.
  3. Check the on/off switch at the back of the cooler, as it may have been accidentally bumped.

NOTE: Water Coolers from 2020 onwards no longer have an on/off switch. This eliminates them from accidentally being bumped to the off position.

If these checks don’t resolve the issue, contact Healthy H2O for further assistance.

6. My Water Tap Is Broken

If a tap breaks, contact Healthy H2O to arrange a replacement.

Replacement taps are available for a small charge and are designed to be straightforward to change.

7. I Need a Replacement Part

Accidents happen! If a component of your Healthy H2O system becomes damaged, replacement parts are available.

8. Can I Get Childproof Taps?
